Don't have a library barcode?
You may obtain one at any of the following sites:
- OHSU Main Library on the 3rd floor of the BICC building
- Samuel L. Diack Library in the Administration Building on the Science & Engineering campus (formerly OGI).
- Primate Center Library in the ONPRC Administration building
- OHSU faculty, staff, and students at OHSU distance education sites may complete a Web-based application.
Problems logging in?
- OHSU users: Your library barcode is a 10-digit number beginning with 2
- Science & Engineering users: Your library barcode is a 14-digit number beginning with 23231
- If you have lost or forgotten your barcode or have other problems logging in, please email using the Problem with Off-Campus Access form.
